My Professional Background

  

My background includes over 30 years of  management experience leading and mentoring  highly successful and profitable sales, service, parts and body shop departments at some of the nation’s leading  automobile and RV dealerships .


I consistently exceed customer, employer and team member expectations working with unstoppable teams that achieve the highest marks in everything we do. 


I have also had the pleasure of working with other management professionals as a Dealership Operations Consultant for the last 25 years helping each of them improve

their departments.


During my career I have held every role in a dealership from Trainee to General Manager and everything in between. I have a deep understanding of the  unique challenges each team member faces and provide individual support enhancing their ability to perform at the highest levels.


I’m also a Ford Motor Company ASSET program graduate, factory trained and certified Service Manager (Ford/Lincoln, Lexus, Infiniti, Volkswagen and Honda) and factory trained ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician, ASE Certified Medium and Heavy Truck Technician and AATI Certified Body and Paint Technician.


 My background shows a solid track record of innovative process creation, implementation and management that increases sales, profits, customer and employee satisfaction and productivity.
